How do I return an item? Please email our staffs at rma@macessity.com to obtain RMA number and return instruction.  All returns without unsolvable defects will be subjected to 25% restock fee. Important: Return without RMA number will be REJECTED. RMA number should be visible on return package. It would help to process your RMA faster if you included your invoice with your return. Unless defect is found, all return item should be resellable condition in order for you to receive your reimbursement. Shipping charge will not be refunded. No RMA number will be given to transactions older than 30 days, unless the defect is found.
